Job summary

Force Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead in the Client Success & Strategy team to own multiple client implementations across hospitals and health systems in the United States. You will partner with clinical, product, and technical teams to ensure successful on-time delivery from sales handoff to first patient live on the platform.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience implementing SaaS or other health tech platforms, ideally with hospitals or health systems.
Strong track record of managing multiple implementations simultaneously with on-time delivery.
Able to communicate clearly with clinicians, executives, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of concurrent implementations from standard to complex projects.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Serve as primary client contact during implementation and secure commitments for deliverables.
Lead training sessions for end users and leadership with tailored content.
Identify and drive initiatives that improve repeatability, consistency, and scalability across the function.
