Cumulus Media is hiring exceptional Local Advertising Sales Team professionals to join as Multi-Media Advertising Account Executives. You will identify client needs and deliver integrated solutions across broadcast, digital, and events to help advertisers reach local audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills in client interactions and presentations.
• Experience developing new business relationships in an outside sales role.
• Able to present to clients and close sales opportunities.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of sales metrics and forecasting to drive results.
• High energy and willingness to grow professionally.
• 1-3 years in Media Sales background preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs by understanding goals, objectives, and processes; develop customized advertising solutions.
• Deliver multi-platform, integrated sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events); negotiate and close.
• Sell Cumulus digital assets (streaming, websites, social ads) for complete marketing solutions.
• Prospect actively to build a full pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Follow procedures for orders, billing issues, reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Cumulus.
• Think creatively and generate original ideas.
