Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Generalist to lead recruiting and support HR operations across our operations. The role focuses on attracting, screening, coordinating, and onboarding qualified talent while building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers at two Atlanta facilities.

The successful candidate will handle employer relations, training and development, benefits administration, payroll support, and maintain HRIS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with HR Generalists at each plant for effective direct labor recruitment.
• Create and post job advertisements across appropriate job boards, social media, community channels, and other recruiting sources.
• Review applications and resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including documentation collection, background checks, and drug screens.
• Coordinate new-hire orientations with the HR team and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Lead recruiting activities including posting and advertising for open job positions, application sorting, and scheduling interviews for operator and skilled trade level roles.
• Acts as benefits administrator and liaison to employees for enrollment, life events, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain vendor and personnel files and ensure HRIS data accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
