Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage General Manager to lead the daily operations across multiple outlets, delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent service. You will balance financial performance with guest experience, develop leaders, and drive standards through all F&B venues.

You will mentor the F&B team, partner with Culinary, Purchasing, Engineering, and Marketing, and manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to elevate the guest experience across the

Qualifications

• Significant progressive F&B leadership experience across multiple outlets.
• Experience managing managers in a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, labor, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent guest recovery and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS, scheduling, payroll, and inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence during service.
• Ensure outlets are properly staffed, stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Monitor service quality, pacing, cleanliness, atmosphere, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B Managers and Assistant General Manager.
• Partner with culinary and purchasing on ordering and product availability.
• Monitor labor, payroll, and scheduling efficiency; control expenses without compromising guest experience.
