Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage General Manager to lead The Standard Spa’s F&B outlets, including Lido Bayside, Monterrey Bar, and Banquets. You will drive service standards, financial results, and team development to deliver elevated guest experiences across all venues.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards, while fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of leadership experience in F&B operations, preferably luxury/hospitality.
• Strong operational and financial management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Understanding of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Experience with reservation/POS systems (Micros/OpenTable) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and provide strategic leadership for all assigned F&B outlets.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences across all venues.
• Maintain and enforce all departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Drive revenue growth while managing labor, expenses, and profitability.
• Review monthly financial performance with senior leadership.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop management and front-of-house teams.
• Oversee scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
