Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Shoestring-Executive Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, engaged teams, and efficient service on the floor. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and proactive problem-solving to maintain our renowned hospitality standards.

You will work closely with F&B Leadership, Culinary, and hotel departments to optimize service, staffing, inventory, and overall outlet

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, resort, lifestyle property, beach club, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong front-of-house restaurant and bar operations knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across outlets.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor during service.
• Ensure outlets are properly prepared, staffed, stocked, and organized before opening.
• Lead opening and closing procedures according to standards.
• Monitor service execution, pacing, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Communicate menu changes and VIPs to the team.
• Build relationships with returning guests and recognize preferences.
• Support F&B Leadership with training, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
