Townsquare Media Group is looking for a Multi-Media Account Executive in the Quad Cities (Davenport, IA) for a full-time, in-office role. You will own a book of business, pursue new clients, and maintain relationships across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, driving growth with data-driven strategies.

Candidates should have 2+ years of sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business in the Quad Cities market.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business using data-driven insights.
• Present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
