Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive in San Angelo, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients while nurturing long-term relationships across broadcast and digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of achieving goals, and strong presentation and communication skills. A valid driver's license and a BA/BS are preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
