Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring Account Executives for the San Angelo team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business with new clients and long-term relationships.

You will present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships to drive growth. The role offers uncapped earning potential, a competitive compensation plan, 3 weeks of PTO plus 9 paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits for a fast-moving multi-media

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales (required).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Success in identifying and securing new business.
Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
Represent the full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, and sponsorships.
Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
Partner with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
