Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with a history of crushing quotas.
• Comfortable selling in highly regulated or complex industries (cannabis, alcohol, pharma, etc.).
• Clear, confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and natural rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Organized and accountable—no one has to chase you for updates.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools, pipeline management, and phone-based sales platforms.
• Cannabis industry experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the phone—manage high call volume, follow up on warm leads, and prospect new opportunities daily.
• Sell into multiple markets with different regulations, pricing structures, and buyer behaviors.
• Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Work cross-functionally with ops, marketing, and leadership to ensure top-tier customer experience.
• Keep your pipeline tight and your CRM tighter—attention to detail is non-negotiable.
• Adapt your pitch for different markets, products, and buyer personas.
