Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Floating Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in consumer banking, account servicing, and lending. You will execute branch leads, handle customer requests, and convert transactions into qualified sales or referrals. This role may require work at multiple local locations within the market.

The position emphasizes adherence to policies, strong communication, and relationship-building with customers while supporting digital banking tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional banking knowledge preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to use computers and standard office software.
Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and leverage referrals.
Promote selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Input, maintain data quality for referrals and customers, and manage relationships.
Process Teller transactions and other operational duties per policy.
Work at various locations within the market as assigned.
