First National Bank is seeking a Floating Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in consumer banking, account servicing, and lending. You will execute branch leads and convert transactions into sales while following FNB policies and Core Values.

The role may require working at multiple market locations within the region, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and identifying referral opportunities. Strong communication and risk-awareness are essential.

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to policies.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Understand and monitor risk as per F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures as part of all position descriptions.
