Wendy's is seeking a QSR District Manager to oversee operations across multiple Sherman-area restaurants. You will lead General Managers and Shift Leaders, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgets while ensuring brand standards are upheld.

Formación

• Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and P&L oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations at multiple restaurants ensuring operational excellence and brand compliance
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and staffing
• Support General Managers with problem-solving, equipment issues, and vendor coordination
• Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders to build a high-performance team
• Drive sales growth and manage labor, food costs, and controllables to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and labor laws across all locations
