Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a District Manager to oversee five to eight store units across the Santa Fe area, driving guest satisfaction, food quality, and sales growth.

You will lead and develop unit management staff, enforce financial controls, standards and policies, and coordinate with the Area Office to implement company initiatives.

The role requires regular travel within the district, long hours including evenings and weekends, and a focus on fast-paced, customer-focused operations.

Qualifications

• College degree and 3-4 years' experience as a District Manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong PC skills.
• Ability to travel within your defined district.
• Proven ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid talent- and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee five to eight store units and coordinate activities to develop unit management staff.
• Ensure financial controls, operating metrics, and standards are followed; promote a positive dining experience.
• Represent the company in community affairs and support Area Operations initiatives.
