Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for about 2,000 employees across multiple locations. This 100% in-office role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hourly pay from $25 to $28 and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate has proven payroll processing experience, proficiency in ADP, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data, generate reports, and ensure accurate, timely processing

Qualifications

• Proven payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with ADP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to create and interpret payroll reports.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for ~2,000 employees across locations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain organization within complex payroll processes and components.
• Use ADP systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Leverage Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
• Create and run detailed reports to support payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
