Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to work with commercial paint customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and maintain product quality and store standards while helping achieve sales goals.

You’ll be assigned to stores within a 15 mile radius of Store #721136 in Columbus, OH, with a full-time role at $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
