Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations in the Kenton, OH area. You’ll assist customers, answer questions, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products while upholding high store standards and sales goals.

The role involves in‑store customer interactions, cash handling, and occasional deliveries. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required; evenings and weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and relocate items as needed.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees may need to complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Stock shelves, pull products from floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed.
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload delivery trucks when required.
• Maintain clean, presentable areas and comply with inventory procedures.
