Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist store customers and wholesale partners. You will identify needs, recommend products, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales growth within a 20-mile radius of Store #1070 in Salem, OH.

Responsibilities include in-store and phone assistance, product tinting, stock management, delivery support, and accurate transaction processing. Evening/weekend availability and physical lifting are required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion and to retrieve materials from shelves.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
