Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers across multiple stores in New Jersey. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, and ensure quick resolution of concerns to maximize satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling in-store and phone inquiries, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, and helping meet sales goals while upholding high visual standards and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and product knowledge.
