Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers across a 20 mile radius of Store #1903 in Kenton, OH. You will determine customer needs, recommend Sherwin-Williams products, and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and sales goals are met.

You may interact with minors and access to cash, with safety and compliance standards in place.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud training completed.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
Pull products from shelves or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks.
Assist deliveries when required; keep assigned areas in stock and presentable.
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
