Job summary

Crumbl is seeking an Assistant Director to support the management and operational excellence of Crumbl locations across the United States. You will assist in developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience, store performance, and revenue growth while ensuring brand standards and quality control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with strong leadership, communication, and food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service or retail industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations or teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple Crumbl store locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Support store managers in staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to build strong, customer-focused teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards across all locations, maintaining Crumbl’s reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to execute promotional campaigns and new product rollouts effectively.
• Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives and profitability.
