Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help run daily store operations, support the store manager, and ensure exceptional cookie quality and customer service.

In this role you will assist with scheduling, training, hiring, conflict resolution, and process improvements to drive store performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store business operations.
• Ensure the 3 C's of Crumbl: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness.
• Ensure we never run out of cookies; cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and every customer leaves with a big smile.
• Assist with ordering ingredients and other supplies for the store.
• Assist store manager in maintaining and creating weekly schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of all store positions and fill in as needed.
• Assist store manager with hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees; provide feedback and training opportunities.
• Help resolve conflicts and/or complaints from customers and employees.
• Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
• Analyze information and develop more effective or efficient techniques and strategies.
• Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Maintain a clean, tidy business; ensure signage and displays are attractive.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to ensure overall health and success of the business.
