The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with strong leadership, communication, and food safety knowledge.

• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards across all locations, maintaining Crumbl’s reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to execute promotional campaigns and new product rollouts effectively.
• Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives and profitability.
