Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to report to the President and VP of Operations. You will share responsibilities with the Assistant Store Manager for hiring, scheduling, and training, with a focus on weekly rotating menu production and all product quality control.

You will hire, train, and lead staff to deliver the best quality and customer service, while driving attendance, performance, and a Culture of Excellence across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR or fast-paced retail F&B environment.
• 2+ years managing 10+ hourly staff in a customer-facing setting.
• 1+ year creating and managing staffing schedules.
• Able to work 40-45 hours weekly, including days, nights and Saturdays.
• ServeSafe preferred, or equivalent within 30 days of start.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Make final hiring decisions on all hourly staff.
• Create and maintain staffing schedules to meet store needs.
• Oversee hourly staff training and certifications for food handlers.
• Monitor policy compliance and discipline as needed.
• Contribute to a Culture of Excellence exceeding customer expectations.
• Lead KPIs related to Customer Service and Dessert quality.
• Collaborate with managers to meet store goals and standards.
