Job summary

Englewood Hospital seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations of multiple practice locations, managing finances, staffing, and budgetary controls. You will lead staff, align with hospital policies, and uphold the mission and values of Englewood Health Physician Network.

The role requires two years of admin leadership, strong Excel and communication skills, and travel between sites. Bachelor’s in business-administration or health admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative leadership experience.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Experience and knowledge of medical office operations, billing, and finance.
• Ability to analyze financial data and incorporate results into operations.
• Demonstrated communications and analytical skills including professional billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple practice locations and/or specialties.
• Manage finances, including revenue and operating budgets, within hospital policies.
• Provide leadership for staff and model the hospital's mission and values.
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and leadership teams.
• Travel outside the office is required to support multiple sites.
