Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee administrative operations across multiple pediatric locations, ensuring efficient care delivery and strong patient access. You will work with the Medical Director to manage clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, and Epic utilization.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in business management or hospital administration and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or hospital administration required
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare management preferred
• Experience managing multiple locations is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office software

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices, including patient interactions, utilization of Epic, clinical workflow, documentation, scheduling, and financial forms.
• Partner with the Medical Director to oversee day-to-day operations of the practice(s), including clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, patient access, Epic utilization, and customer service.
• Collaborates with providers and clinical leadership to support policy development and practice standards.
• Manages administrative staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and high levels of customer service and reimbursement.
• Creates and adjusts provider schedules to maximize productivity and patient access.
• Monitors KPIs, budgets, and revenue cycle to optimize reimbursement and financial performance.
• Supports marketing and outreach to raise awareness and cultivate new business.
• Ensures environment of care compliance and staff development while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
