Job summary

AdventHealth seeks an experienced administrator to lead multiple physician practice offices, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant operations. You will oversee staffing, credentialing, and onboarding, while coordinating budgeting and revenue cycle activities across practices.

Candidate should have supervisory experience in a physician setting, familiarity with billing/coding, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and front office tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with billing/coding in a physician practice.
• BLS/CPRCertification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner to support high-quality patient care.
• Oversee start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinate hiring, evaluations, coaching, and compliance with policies.
• Assist in budgeting and revenue cycle management across practices.
• Ensure staff training, engagement, and effective workflow across departments.
