Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare and administrative professionals.
  3. Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
  4. Manage budgets, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control.
  5. Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Coordinate with providers and staff to maintain high patient satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications:
