Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery, based in Norcross, GA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple restoration and reconstruction locations. You will organize jobs from estimate approval through final payment, manage contracts, invoicing, and TPA compliance, and report on job status with PMs and executives.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication with customers, carriers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related office role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-signature platforms.
• Preferred: degrees in business or construction management; restoration/claims experience; familiarity with Xactimate, PSA, RM, DocuSign, and TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate job information in RM/PSA and TPA platforms.
• Ensure jobs are approved and deductible collected.
• Collect and file ATRs, contracts, COs, lien waivers, and related documents.
• Send documents via DocuSign and track signatures to completion.
• Request EagleView reports and other supporting documentation as needed.
• Compile and file completed supervisor estimates and paperwork at job close.
• Prepare contracts with clear payment schedules after estimate approval.
• Import estimates into PSA and review budgets against targets.
• Issue subcontracts and work orders with PO in place before work begins.
• Build job schedules and coordinate changes with PMs.
• Coordinate temporary assignments as needed.
• Support change orders and deposits following policy.
• Match invoices to POs and monitor payments.
• Escalate issues to the Project Coordinator Manager.
• Monitor TPA platforms daily and maintain compliance.
• Attend weekly WIP and status meetings and report actions.
• Provide coverage for multi-location coordination and onboarding.
