Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative support.
• 1 year of experience in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large restoration projects to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and expenses, adjusting as needed.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure required documents like work authorizations are filed.
