• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning job management and e-signature platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate job information, project dates, and weekly progress notes in the job management systems and TPA platforms.
• Prepare contracts and payment schedules after estimate approval, in coordination with the Estimator.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, monitor payment schedules, and follow up on collections.
• Monitor TPA platforms daily and ensure compliance with TPA guidelines across locations.
