Job summary

360 Fire & Flood seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage. You will liaise with clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

This role requires strong administrative skills and 2+ years of related experience, with some travel to outdoor job sites and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• 1 year in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and track expenses to ensure budget alignment.
• Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
• Ensure Work Authorizations, Certificates of Satisfaction, and other documents are filed.
• Support project managers in identifying risks and delays to stay on schedule.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
