Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Milwaukee area. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and budget management to drive service excellence.

You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and maintain records while acting as the liaison between facilities and HCSG leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality dining services across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistency across locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
