Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee dining operations across multiple locations. You will lead menus, staff training, and ensure compliance with all policies to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, P&L responsibilities, and collaboration with site administrators to maintain consistent service. A valid driver’s license and residency within the service area are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Regulatory compliance training and ability to implement changes desirable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around food and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives and ensuring consistency across locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
