Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dining Services District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain records for budgeting and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of leading and directing a team across multiple locations.
• Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistency across locations.
