Job summary

Research Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Corporate Controller to lead all accounting activities, ensure US GAAP compliance, and oversee multi-site close processes. You will partner with operations, HR, and executive leadership to drive financial integrity and strategic oversight.

The role requires a CPA or MBA, 10+ years in accounting/finance, and 7+ years of leadership experience, with strong tax compliance coordination and internal controls experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience.
• 7+ years of Leadership or Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate accounting activities and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across main manufacturing locations including subsidiary roll up.
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance activities and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team and serve as a key business partner to operations and executive leadership.
