Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a service-minded individual to join our team as a branch leader floating across Knoxville area market branches. The role focuses on supervising member service operations, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality service to our members.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance reviews, training, and maintaining efficient branch operation while promoting Credit Union services and ensuring privacy of member information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Knowledge or experience in teller, new accounts, lending, and Credit Union operations and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the effective and professional performance of member service functions.
• Guide and manage the branch, including scheduling adequate staff to ensure efficient branch operation, conducting performance reviews, coaching employees, and providing additional training, as needed.
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff, maintaining effective employee relations.
• Evaluate the job performance of the branch staff to ensure quality and quantity of work and service to the members.
• Perform branch functions, such as teller transactions, opening new accounts completing loan applications, processing and approving loans on a consistent and regular basis.
• Monitor branch activity, including transactions, volume, errors, loan volume, sales, and new accounts.
• Present and explain Credit Union services and products to members and assist in meeting their financial needs.
• Answer questions and solve problems for members by listening to problems, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results to the inquiring party.
• Keep members informed of Credit Union services and policies, including types of available accounts, interest and dividend rates, payroll deduction options, and other related services.
• Maintain and project the Credit Union\'s professional reputation. Maintain privacy of member account information.
• Keep supervisor informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Demonstrate dependability and a commitment to quality and flexibility to ensure branch needs and Credit Union goals are attained.
