Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a service-minded individual to join our team as a full-time member service representative. You will greet members, explain financial products, and assist with opening and closing accounts while ensuring accurate, privacy-conscious transactions.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer-focused mindset and be able to explain financial products clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist in opening/closing accounts.
• Explain Credit Union services to members and help meet their financial needs.
• Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining member privacy.
• Coordinate with area personnel and management to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Attend meetings and assist with training and performance coaching.
• Maintain attendance and represent the Credit Union professionally.
