You will lead staff, ensure compliance with policies, manage branch performance, and maintain a welcoming, community-focused environment consistent with our mission to help Members grow financially.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to cross-sell financial products to members.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain Credit Union services to members and assist in meeting financial needs.
• Open and close accounts.
• Answer questions and solve problems for members.
• Maintain privacy of member information.
• Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Guide and manage the branch staff and operations as needed.
