Responsibilities

• Present Credit Union services and assist members; open/close accounts.
• Answer questions, collect data, secure answers, and report results.
• Inform members about services, rates, and payroll options.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Provide efficient transaction processing and greet members by name.
• Coordinate with area staff and management; assist team members.
• Maintain supervisor-informed on activities and significant issues.
• Attend meetings and work with others to reach department goals.
• Support branch operations and staff development, including scheduling and training.
