Albert Reyes State Farm Agency in Philadelphia is seeking a goal‑driven Multiline Representative to sell and service insurance products across auto, home, renters, life and health. You’ll build relationships with new and existing clients, present tailored coverages, and drive state licensing progress as needed.

This full‑time, in‑office role offers base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, community‑minded

Qualifications

• License requirements: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
• Candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 (guidance and support provided).
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-up activities, and referrals
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance products
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and account growth
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and endorsements
• Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities

Albert Reyes State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-driven Multiline Representative who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and helping clients protect what matters most. This role combines new business production with exceptional customer service, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys sales conversations and understands that outstanding service leads to long-term customer relationships and referrals.

You’ll work with both new and existing customers, uncover their insurance needs, recommend solutions across multiple product lines, and provide a professional experience from the initial conversation through ongoing policy service.

Licensing Requirements:

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required. Candidates who do not currently hold both licenses must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to their Day 1 start date. We provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required
