Job summary

Qualifications
- High School diploma or trade school coursework in related field preferred.
- Previous engineer/maintenance experience in a hotel setting strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet hotel standards and HHM values.
- Coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for 3rd party vendors.
- Oversee in-house maintenance projects and PIPS.
- Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
- Perform basic electrical and lighting installations and replacements.
- Handle plumbing tasks and HVAC pumps maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment; maintain PM schedules.
- Maintain exterior and curb appeal; refurbish furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Test and maintain life safety systems; ensure 100% operation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal codes and HHM EarthView guidelines.
