You will lead inspections, manage vendor bids, coordinate in-house projects, and drive preventative maintenance and life-safety systems to keep properties safe and guest-focused.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous hotel maintenance/engineering experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance staff to meet brand and HHM standards.
• Manage bids, quotes and contracts with 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee in-house maintenance projects and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Maintain life safety systems and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with guests and management to maintain high satisfaction.
