HHM Hotels is seeking an Area Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance for multiple hotels, ensuring buildings meet HHM standards and sustainability goals.

You will interview and coach associates, manage vendor contracts, conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate PM records. This role requires hands-on supervision, safety compliance, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience strongly desired.
• Experience in supervising and training maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and hotel standards.
• Manage bids, quotes and contracts for 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee in-house maintenance projects and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
