Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Systems Director of Dining Services to lead food service operations across a healthcare system. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cost control, and patient-focused service in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in Food Services Management or related field with extensive hospital experience, strong P&L and leadership skills, and relevant certifications such as ServSafe. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or equivalent experience with seven years in hospital foodservice.
• Minimum seven years of hospital or multi-unit acute care foodservice leadership experience.
• Strong P&L awareness, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Proven supervisory and coaching abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; systemwide processes knowledge a plus.
• ServSafe certification; CDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foodservice operations across multiple sites within the system.
• Ensure client and patient satisfaction with cost-effective management.
• Lead a team of directors and manage system-wide budgets.
• Monitor sanitation, infection control, quality improvements, and food safety.
• Engage with patients and staff to ensure service excellence.
