Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a System Director of Dining Services to lead multi-hospital food and nutrition operations. The role oversees patient care, retail, and catering, ensuring client satisfaction and cost efficiency at all sites.

The ideal candidate has extensive hospital foodservice leadership experience, strong P&L and budgeting acumen, and proven ability to coach and manage large teams across locations.

Qualifications

• B.S. or A.A. degree with related experience preferred
• 7+ years hospital or adult care experience preferred
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service desirable
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with management, clients and staff
• Strong financial, budgeting and accounting skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, email and internet
• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures client and customer satisfaction with cost-effective management at all sites
• Manages all foodservice activities including patient care, retail and catering
• Oversees systems to meet client strategic and operational objectives
• Visits patients and ensures management presence during hospital stay
• Leads system-wide team of Directors
• Other duties as assigned
