Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Systems Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership across food service operations within a healthcare system.

You will oversee patient care, retail, cafeteria, and catering activities, manage the system budget, and lead directors across the network. Strong hospital foodservice management, cost control, and compliance experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Tech/Management or A.A. with 7+ years related experience.
• 7+ years hospital foodservice management experience preferred.
• Multi-unit acute care hospital experience highly desirable.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills; excellent communication.
• ServSafe Certified; CDM or RD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across food service operations within a healthcare system.
• Oversee patient care, non-patient care, quality, sanitation and infection control at all sites.
• Lead system-wide directors and manage the system budget and costs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations across sites.
• Visit patients and ensure management presence during hospital stays.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with standards.
