Qualifications

• General full charge bookkeeping, accounting, record keeping, and reporting functions; Payroll reporting, tax laws and procedures; Governmental and non-profit accounting practices and laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements for a broad range of complex accounting and budgeting activities.
• Analyzes and resolves discrepancies in accounting data for multiple entities; reconciles monthly balances by fund type and entity.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations for entities managed by Auxiliary Accounting Services.
• Performs payroll processing and maintains employee records; handles payroll tax reports and W-2 distributions.
• Reconciles bank statements; processes ACH and vendor payments; handles investment accounting and grant budgets.
