Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of professional and clerical accounting staff in General Accounting.
• Review complex staff, systems, cost, revenue, and fund accounting assignments.
• Advise management on accounting implications and resolve complex issues with County and other agencies.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, fund balance statements, and periodic financial statements for grants.
• Participate in audits and strengthen internal controls and accounting practices.
