Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is seeking a Multi-Family Sales Representative to partner with multi-family builders and bring style, comfort, and quality to life in customers' spaces.

You will work to develop relationships, attend product-training meetings, and contribute to a friendly, family-oriented sales team. This full-time role emphasizes proactive customer service and collaboration across the showroom and builder network.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3–6 months on the job.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check.

• Monitor: Maintains a high level of customer loyalty by being proactive in meeting customer needs, providing support through accurate and timely orders and request for information.
• Build Relationships: Turn industry leads into meaningful partnerships through outreach, events and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain: Generates new business through cold calling, formal and informal sales meetings at customer offices or NFM show room, industry events and other venues.
• Stay product-savvy: Attends all product-training meetings.
• Support the team: Works the sales floor when requested, maintains the sales floor in a professional manner.
